As a Delegate Relationship Executive at CloserStill Media, you will be at the heart of what we do, connecting the right people with the right events and helping to build the audiences that make our shows world-class.

THE ROLE:
Delegate Sales is the team that delivers event audiences. You will work closely with teams across CSM to ensure the right people attend our industry-leading events. Here is what a typical day looks like:
The day kicks off with a team meeting where you set your own personal target for the day
We run structured Power Hours throughout the day, two in the morning and two in the afternoon, ,where the focus is on the phones and engaging with clients
Outside of Power Hours, there is time to recharge, use our communal breakout space and grab a coffee
A midday check-in with the team to share where you are for the day and swap best practices
You will use our CRM system, which is unique to CloserStill, to manage client records and gain hands-on experience with our event registration platform
You will accurately input client details, work information and, where required, payment details into our systems
You will also use LinkedIn and other channels to attract new attendees to our events
The day ends with a team wrap-up to celebrate wins and reflect on progress
ABOUT YOU:
You do not need to have done this before, but you do need the right mindset. We are looking for someone who is:
Confident and commercially curious — someone who is not afraid to pick up the phone and have a conversation
A strong team player who also knows how to work independently and manage their own time
Adaptable and quick thinking — able to take information on board and apply it effectively
Self-aware, with a genuine desire to learn and grow
Aware of what is happening in the industries and sectors we operate in
You must be fluent in French for this role.
CSM do not ‘usually’ offer sponsorship for this role
