Our bootcamp is specifically designed for university graduates looking to take the first steps in their career. Over eight weeks, participants rotate through different departments, gaining hands-on experience and discovering where their strengths and interests lie. With the chance to interview for a permanent role at the end, Graduate Bootcamp is the perfect launchpad for a successful career in events.

Our Sales Academy is a six-month programme designed to help you start - or transition into - a career in sales. No qualifications or prior experience are needed - just motivation and a willingness to learn. Participants receive robust training and ongoing support from industry professionals to build confidence, sharpen skills, and kick-start a successful sales career.

Our telemarketing team is where it all begins. With a dual role of populating our shows with high-value delegates and serving as a talent pool for the wider business, telemarketing has been a launchpad for many of CSM’s senior employees, from Marketing Directors to Heads of Department. You’ll join a spirited team that’s in it together, learning to use your communication skills to attract top-level delegates to our world-class events.
