Founded in October 2013 by Michael P. Owens and Michael McCarthy, Influence Group set out to transform the world of B2B events and custom content. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We're seeking a dynamic Delegate Sales Manager. This is your opportunity to be part of shaping the future of industry-leading events. Your Role: Crafting Connections, Driving Success
As our Delegate Sales Manager, you’ll be the architect of engagement, creating meaningful bridges between senior executives and our purpose-driven events. Your mission? To identify, engage, and inspire the right leaders to attend our exclusive gatherings. You’ll offer them an invigorating alternative to the conventional trade show scene, providing experiences that are both refreshing and profoundly meaningful.
 
THE ROLE:
- Target and recruit industry leaders to attend our industry-leading events.
- Lead the sales journey from initiation to closure, creating lasting professional relationships.
- Utilize your research prowess to strategically approach prospects.
- Illuminate the unique value of our events.
- Leverage social media as a powerful tool to amplify our reach.
- Manage and continually refine our database, ensuring every interaction counts.
- Meet KPIs on call volume, new contacts added to the database and achieve attendee goals on numbers and quality
ABOUT YOU:
- 4+ years of sales expertise, with a knack for closing deals and forging connections.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, Google, and other social platforms for prospecting.
- Exceptional communication skills – your words can inspire and influence
- Adeptness with modern CRM and sales technologies. (HubSpot, SalesNavigator)
- A collaborative spirit, thriving in a remote team environment.
- Willingness to travel and be part of our events in person (up to 4 times a year – destinations include Napa, Palm Springs, Miami Beach, Austin, and more).
