During your time with us, you'll work alongside experienced events professionals, learning what it takes to succeed in this dynamic industry. You'll also be part of a cohort of like-minded peers, all going through the same journey, with opportunities to build lasting professional and personal relationships.
THE ROLE:
Delegate Sales is the team that delivers event audiences. We work across all teams at CloserStill to ensure the right people - key decision-makers and industry leaders - attend our world-class events.
What a typical day looks like:
The day kicks off with a high-energy team meeting where you set your personal target ,and commit to hitting it
We run Power Hours throughout the day, dedicated time on the phones to engage prospects and drive registrations. This is where results are made
Between Power Hours, recharge in our communal breakout space. The environment is fast-paced, but we know how to sustain momentum
Just after lunch, a team huddle to check progress, share what's working, and push each other harder
You'll work in our bespoke CRM system (unique to CloserStill) to manage relationships and track your pipeline
You'll capture client details, company information, and eventually payment data accurately into our event registration system
You'll also leverage platforms like LinkedIn to prospect, attract clients, and grow your professional network
The day closes with a final team meeting to celebrate wins — and find out if you've smashed your target
This isn't just about making calls - it's about building relationships, developing commercial awareness, and becoming an expert in your event's industry.
