Sales Administrator - Trans Global Events

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for an organised, detail-driven Sales Administrator who can empower our sales team to focus on what they do best, selling. You will play a key role in streamlining processes, eliminating administrative bottlenecks, and supporting sales operations to drive productivity across the team.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Owning routine administrative tasks that free up sales reps’ time
- Preparing accurate quotes, proposals, and sales documents
- Maintaining CRM data integrity and ensuring records are complete
- Tracking contracts, following up on outstanding paperwork, and coordinating signatures
- Managing order processing and liaising with operations or finance
- Monitoring pipeline hygiene and prompting reps for updates
- Generating dashboards, reports, and performance summaries
- Coordinating sales forecasting inputs and deadlines
- Responding to routine customer enquiries
- Supporting customer onboarding and documentation collection
- Identifying tasks that can be centralised under admin and removing inefficiencies
- Supporting improvements to sales workflows, CRM processes, templates, and automation
THE ROLE:
- Own and manage all routine sales administration tasks
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales documents accurately and on time
- Keep CRM records fully up to date with accurate information
- Track contract status from creation to signature, ensuring timely follow-up
- Maintain sales collateral, product documentation, and pricing lists
- Manage order processing, including entry, verification, and cross-team coordination
- Monitor pipeline hygiene and prompt sales reps to complete next steps
- Produce dashboards, reports, and performance summaries for leadership
- Coordinate and collect inputs for sales forecasting
- Respond to customer enquiries on availability, pricing, documentation, and orders
- Handle onboarding tasks, including sending and collecting required documents
- Identify repetitive administrative tasks currently handled by salespeople and proactively take them on
- Help optimise CRM processes, templates, automation, and SOPs
- Recommend improvements to sales workflows to boost efficiency
ABOUT YOU:
You will:
- Have excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and high accuracy in your work
- Be proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams
- Bring a customer-service mindset to every interaction
- Be comfortable multitasking and managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ideally have experience in sales support, administration, or sales operations
