Job Purpose:
As Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns across the PTE Portfolio. You will play a key role in driving audience engagement, brand awareness, and commercial success by supporting campaign delivery, content creation, and stakeholder communications. Working closely with the wider marketing, design, data, digital, sales, conference, and editorial teams, you will ensure effective and consistent marketing execution that supports the overall objectives of the business.
Main responsibilities:
- Work with the Head of Marketing to devise and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, web, digital, print, social media, and partnerships).
- Deliver content-led marketing activity to promote key features, programmes, and initiatives across the portfolio.
- Manage and monitor campaign performance, reporting on KPIs (engagement, conversions, attendance, visibility, ROI).
- Collaborate with the Digital and Data teams to ensure campaigns are well-targeted, measurable, and data-driven.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders, partners, and external organisations to maximise campaign impact and reach.
- Create marketing collateral, toolkits, and onboarding materials to support stakeholder engagement.
- Manage communications such as guides, updates, and deadlines to ensure a professional and consistent experience for all participants.
- Track, measure, and report on campaign effectiveness, recommending data-led improvements.
- Support the creation and management of website content to ensure information is accurate, engaging, and optimised for conversion.
- Provide on-site event marketing support including live coverage, content capture, and audience engagement activities.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategy, identify trends, and uncover new opportunities.
- Collaborate with editorial and magazine teams to align marketing activity with media coverage and leverage cross-promotional opportunities.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in B2B, exhibitions, or events marketing.
- Knowledge of CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, and campaign analytics.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills, able to create persuasive content for B2B audiences.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Analytical mindset – able to interpret campaign results and suggest improvements.
- Collaborative and adaptable, comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinker with a commercial awareness of audience motivations.
