This is an ideal role for an early-career professional seeking practical CRM experience in a fast-paced, international events business. You'll get hands-on exposure to marketing automation (HubSpot), sales CRM processes (Salesforce), and the crucial work of keeping our data clean, accurate, and accessible for teams across the UK, Europe, Asia, and the US.
If you're someone who loves systems, enjoys solving problems, and wants to build a career in CRM, marketing operations, or data, this could be the perfect role for you.
THE ROLE:
You'll play a key role in ensuring our global events benefit from clean, accurate, and accessible CRM infrastructure across both marketing and sales systems. Working alongside the Marketing CRM Manager and wider Data & Technology team, you'll help maintain marketing effectiveness, streamline operations, strengthen CRM adoption, and support alignment between marketing and sales data.
Your responsibilities will include:

Act as 1st line CRM support for HubSpot and Salesforce users, responding to day-to-day queries, troubleshooting common issues, and ensuring timely resolution
Triage and categorise CRM-related issues, resolving where possible and escalating more complex 2nd and 3rd line support matters to the Marketing CRM Manager, Data team, or external partners
Be a day-to-day contact for CRM queries, supporting internal teams with HubSpot tasks including list building, contact enrichment, campaign setup checks, and access support
Data Management & Campaign Support:
Support basic Salesforce tasks such as data checks, field validation, record updates, and assist with cross-platform data consistency between HubSpot and Salesforce
Build and manage campaign lists, segments, and filters to support accurate targeting across all portfolios
Assist with importing, deduplicating, tagging and enriching data for shows and regions, ensuring consistent hygiene across systems
Onboarding & User Support:
Support onboarding processes for new CRM users or acquired events, including permission set-up and documentation
Help create internal resources and process guides for marketing teams using HubSpot and basic Salesforce processes where relevant
Data Hygiene & Quality Control:
Conduct weekly hygiene audits to identify and escalate issues with duplicates, inactive properties, field inconsistencies, and broken workflows
Collaborate with the Data team to maintain GDPR compliance and field standardisation across both platforms
Assist with audits and setup for new event editions, including form logic, workflow tagging, list generation, and CRM alignment
Reporting & Insights:
Assist in reporting and insight collection by pulling base-level reports from HubSpot and Salesforce to support campaign and pipeline reviews
Support the development and QA of automated workflows
ABOUT YOU:
Skills & Competencies:
Strong interest in CRM systems, technical operations, marketing automation, and user support processes
Basic knowledge and experience using CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot and Salesforce
Understanding of how marketing and sales systems integrate and share data
Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail when working with contact data and segmentation
