Are you a strategic, organised, and creatively driven marketer ready to make your mark? PNE is seeking a talented Senior Marketing Executive to lead and execute impactful campaigns that support our expanding portfolio of B2B events. You’ll play a key role in connecting senior decision-makers with cutting-edge solution providers through high-quality, conference-led networking experiences.
Role Overview
As a Senior Marketing Executive, you’ll develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to attract high-value delegates and innovative partners to our events. Working collaboratively across teams, you’ll bring campaigns to life from concept to execution, measuring impact every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns for PNE events, in collaboration with the Head of Marketing and Event Producers.
- Write compelling copy for email campaigns, event websites, social posts, and marketing collateral, tailored for c-suite/senior B2B audiences.
- Drive delegate acquisition strategies using data-led insights, segmentation, and automation tools (HubSpot)
- Track and analyse campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and registration conversions.
- Support the development of media and industry partnerships that amplify event visibility.
- Contribute to the content strategy by aligning speaker and agenda promotion with marketing messaging.
- Manage and optimise paid digital campaigns (PPC, social media, retargeting, etc.).
- Play a key role in refining and evolving PNE’s overall brand presence across all touchpoints.
Key Skills and Competencies
- 2–4 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within events, media, or professional services.
- Exceptional copywriting skills.
- Proven experience planning and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems, CMS platforms, email marketing tools, and campaign analytics (HubSpot/Salesforce preferable)
- A strategic mindset with creative flair and a commercial approach to campaign delivery.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Data-driven thinking and an understanding of audience segmentation and targeting.
- Experience with social media management and content planning especially for LinkedIn.
- A collaborative, curious, and ambitious attitude.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and confident presenting ideas to stakeholders.
