Are you a strategic, organised, and creatively driven marketer ready to make your mark? PNE is seeking a talented Senior Marketing Executive to lead and execute impactful campaigns that support our expanding portfolio of B2B events. You’ll play a key role in connecting senior decision-makers with cutting-edge solution providers through high-quality, conference-led networking experiences.
Role Overview
The Marketing Executive supports the strategic execution and performance analysis of email campaigns targeting delegates and sponsors. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role focuses on designing, building, and optimising campaigns to drive delegate registration and meet sponsorship lead targets.
In addition to campaign execution, the role provides data-driven insights to shape delegate acquisition strategies and ensure registration targets are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic input into delegate and sponsor campaigns by analysing audience engagement data, trends, and performance metrics.
- Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and executing delegate and sponsor focused strategies, emphasising segmentation, personalisation, and automation (including A/B testing, scheduling, and campaign design/building).
- Track and analyse campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and registration conversions.
- Contribute actionable recommendations to improve campaign reach and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the CRM & Data Lead and delegate campaign executives to ensure data-driven targeting of audiences.
- Maintain and update marketing calendars, project trackers, and campaign documentation.
- Keep LinkedIn channels active with weekly posts to increase event visibility and engagement.
Key Skills and Competencies
- 1–2 years of marketing experience (event industry preferred but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail in managing data, content, and campaign workflows
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop marketing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for insight sharing and collaboration
- Ability to align industry insights with campaign objectives to inform strategy
- Confident in analysing campaign data and applying insights to improve performance
- Collaborative team player able to work effectively across departments
