WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We’re looking for a proactive self-starter who thrives on individual ownership while actively contributing to a team-oriented culture. You’re someone who embraces challenges, takes calculated risks, and values the power of hard work. You have a growth mindset and are eager to learn, evolve, and make a meaningful impact within a collaborative environment. Ideally, you bring 1–2 years of sales or client-facing experience and are ready to sharpen your consultative selling skills.

THE ROLE:
As a Delegate Sales Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving attendance and engagement for our events. Your day will be structured around focused “Power Hours” of outbound calls, where you’ll connect with potential delegates, understand their needs, and guide them through the registration process. You’ll be responsible for identifying and expanding our target audience, building and refining our database, and ensuring all client information is accurately captured.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing your time effectively and setting daily goals in collaboration with management
- Conducting high-volume outreach to engage potential delegates
- Using consultative selling techniques to understand client needs and promote event participation
- Researching and identifying new leads to grow our database
- Maintaining meticulous records in our event registration and CRM system
CloserStill Media reserves the right to request a DBS or credit check should the role require it.
WHAT WE OFFER:
A full-time, hybrid position with a comprehensive benefits package, a competitive salary range of $50,000–$55,000, and the opportunity to earn additional commission.
