I'm Rakim, the Head of Digital & CRM for CloserStill, my role encompasses leading our digital transformation, steering digital marketing strategies, and advancing automation and CRM implementation to enhance customer engagement. This position demands close collaboration with various departments, overseeing digital initiatives, and integrating digital practices into every facet of our business.

As a senior leader with the marketing, data, and digital domain, I guide a dynamic digital department made up by digital marketers, event tech experts, and automation specialists. My collaboration with C-level executives, Directors, and Heads of Departments is crucial in crafting a coherent digital roadmap, monitoring adoption, team training, managing budgets, and forecasting progress.

At CloserStill, our digital team is committed to propelling the success and growth of our events and marketers. We excel in providing insightful feedback, establishing industry-leading best practices, and delivering exceptional support to our marketing colleagues. This enables them to surpass their objectives and scale new heights.
