WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
CloserStill Media is seeking an energetic, data and process driven Data & CRM Specialist to support the marketing teams across the US businesses. The Data & CRM Specialist will be a responsible for maximizing the efficiency of the CRM, the data, and how the platform is used.
THE ROLE:
- Understanding the commercial operation, challenges, objectives, and daily work of each team; improving their operation and productivity through CRM administration.
- Providing system administration support, especially related to user permissions, custom objects, and workflows.
- Creating, managing, and optimizing complex workflow rules, validation rules, and approval processes.
- Creating and managing custom objects, fields, formulas, record types, page layouts, reports, and dashboards.
- Creating a new event or event edition across related customer data systems including HubSpot.
- Carry out any data tasks related with event set up such as marketing lists, data properties, and reporting.
- Carrying out regular data maintenance such as amending and enhancing data records either manually and/or using automated workflows and routines.
- Supporting audience development with preparation and validation of data segments for external data agencies.
- Collaborating closely with the marketing teams to align HubSpot activities and strategies, including but not limited to list segmentation, campaign tracking, and workflow automation.
- Maintaining comprehensive monthly reports outlining KPIs, user behaviour, and other pertinent metrics.
- Follow and adhere to data privacy and security guidelines to maintain data confidentiality.
- Assisting in identifying and resolving data anomalies and errors; maintaining a high level of data integrity.
- Coordinating and supporting integrations with third-party applications.
- Supporting the team in daily troubleshooting, bug fixing, and end-user support.
- Other duties as assigned.
ABOUT YOU:
- 2+ years of CRM administration, ideally HubSpot
- Proven ability to administer and configure CRM systems, including custom objects, flows, validation rules, and permissions.
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Good administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Works well on projects as part of a team and able to remain focused when working independently.
