Main duties include, but are not limited to:
- Act as a bridge between the Centralised Digital Department and varied show Marketing departments to ensure we support in delivering digital marketing campaigns both organically and paid.
- Ensure posting is carried out in a timely and efficient manner across our portfolios based on data and insights gathered. At times you will be allocated projects where you will be responsive to the end-to-end campaign.
- Assist in the implementation of consistent and timely organic social media best practices to ensure a more fluid and streamlined level of insights and organic successes to aid PPC, SEO and digital initiatives further.
- Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to support with identifying new strategies to promote brand awareness and encourage the audience and community growth based on insights and learnings gained through the role.
- Audit email marketing efforts across all portfolios and make recommendations for improvements.
- Responsible for planning, budgeting, continuous optimisation, and performance analysis/reporting. Managing budgets of £200,000 + and ensuring strong ROI.
- Analysing the success of campaigns and improving future campaigns.
- Day-to-day management of paid activity across Google and social media.
- Start broadening our marketing reach into new channels such as TikTok.
- Setting up reporting templates, producing monthly reports, and providing strategic recommendations based on performance.
- Use tools to monitor the site and campaign performance and implement improvements, such as SEMrush and Google tools (GA4).
- Management of the Google platform across the business (Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, Payments, Ads, Ads Manager, Looker Studio).
- Create automation strategies for event marketers.
- Generate raw leads from the websites using contact form completions, downloads, and interactions with other web assets such as using Spotler.
About You
- Experience delivering paid & organic digital campaigns
- Experience managing junior members of a marketing or digital department
- Able to oversee and manage budgets of £100k+
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working within fast-paced environments
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent time management, prioritisation, and negotiation skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a wider team
- Experience managing budgets with strong numeracy skills
- Experience effectively managing internal stakeholders and external customers
- Strong IT skills and systems management (e.g. CRM systems, MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel)
- A good level of exposure to the digital systems we use (Google platform, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Facebook, email platforms such as Dotdigital
