WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking an ambitious Delegate Relationship Executive to join our growing team on our flagship vet portfolio in the US.
THE ROLE:
Delegate Sales is the team that delivers event audiences and works across the teams at CSM to ensure key job titles in the given industry attend our industry leading events.

The ideal candidate will present an ability to build relationships with prospective clients, work with the current sales team on best practices, and collaborate internally with integrity, trust, and respect. You must be an expert data-driven problem-solver, especially under time constraints and in challenging situations. You must also be energized by the opportunity to create lasting and impactful change to our sales and sales planning approach. As a team player with a "no task is too small" attitude, you’ll also be able to effectively engage with the senior leadership team, customers, and CloserStill team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Time management and setting a personal target for the day with management
- Dedicated Power Hours on the phone throughout the day
- Identifying target audience, bolstering and building the database based on feedback from phone conversations and research
- Apply attention to detail when inputting client’s personal details in our events registration system
- Leverage extreme consultative selling tactics to learn the industry and recruit delegates
Qualifications
- A risk taker, someone who isn’t afraid to weigh up the options and make a well-informed decision, while utilizing the specialists in the business to ensure you are working in a collaborative way
- Someone who has a strong work ethic and who knows why hard work is important
- An adaptable candidate who can process information and apply it effectively
- A growth mindset
- 1-2 years of sales or client facing experience preferred

What We Offer...
This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid position. CloserStill Media offers a competitive base salary of $45,000 to $50,000, plus a bonus program relative to annual sales goals, and a comprehensive set of benefits.
