Head of CX Technology – DigitalHello, I’m Rakim, Head of Customer Experience Technology at CloserStill. I lead the strategy, delivery, and governance of customer-facing technology across our portfolio, spanning registration, marketing platforms, websites, event apps, and data-led personalisation. My role focuses on improving end-to-end customer journeys, enabling scalable growth, and ensuring our technology choices directly support commercial and operational outcomes.
As a senior leader across marketing, data, and technology, I lead a multidisciplinary team covering customer experience platforms, digital delivery, automation, and event technology. I work closely with C-level executives, Directors, and Heads of Department to define a clear experience and technology roadmap, drive adoption, manage investment and budgets, integrate acquisitions, and ensure teams are equipped to use platforms effectively.
The Customer Experience Technology function exists to raise the standard of how CloserStill engages exhibitors, visitors, sponsors, and partners. We set and embed best practice, provide practical enablement and support to marketing and operations teams, and ensure technology consistently delivers measurable value across every event and touchpoint.
